2. Pilot status and changes

TradeSender is a prototype. Features, credits, rewards, and benefits may change, be limited, or be withdrawn at any time. Any pilot rewards or credits are provided in good faith and depend on the success and viability of the platform. We do not guarantee payouts, credits, or ongoing access to any specific features.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

• Provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
• Do not misuse the Service (no unlawful content, spam, scraping, or interference with the Service).
• You are responsible for any content you submit, including leads and communications.

4. Client information and permissions

• Before uploading any client’s personal information (e.g., name, address, phone, email, job details), you must have their explicit permission or another lawful basis to share that information with us.
• Only upload information that is necessary to describe the lead; do not upload sensitive personal data or payment card data.
• You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the client information you provide and for honouring your legal obligations to your clients.
• We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law, and we may cooperate with authorities where required.

5. Leads, transactions, and responsibility

TradeSender connects tradespeople and facilitates discovery of job leads, but we are not a party to any contracts between users. We do not verify, guarantee, or endorse leads, work quality, or outcomes. Users are responsible for due diligence and for resolving disputes directly with each other.

6. Payments and credits

Any credits or promotional benefits have no cash value, are not transferable, and may be changed or withdrawn at our discretion. Any payment processing (now or in the future) may be handled by third parties, and you agree to their terms. Fees and commissions, if applicable, will be disclosed in the Service and may change.

7. Referral programme

Referral tracking may use unique links or IDs. We may modify, pause, or cancel referral incentives at any time, including in cases of suspected abuse or fraud. Referral rewards, if any, are not guaranteed.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including content and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

9. Your content

By submitting content (e.g., lead details, profile info), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, store, display, reproduce, and modify that content for operating and improving the Service. You confirm you have the rights to provide such content and that it does not infringe others’ rights.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee the availability or performance of the Service.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business. Our total liability for any claims relating to the Service shall not exceed the amounts (if any) you paid us in the three months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
